Open Post-doctoral researcher position in Biomedical Image Computing at ETH Zurich

We seek an interested and self-driven individual to join our team within the Computer Vision Laboratory at ETH Zurich to work on deep learning based segmentation for biomedical images. The position is available within the framework of a joint project between Swiss Data Science Center (SDSC), Laboratory for Macromolecules and Bioimaging at Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI) and Computer Vision Lab at ETH Zurich. The topic of the project is weakly supervised learning and its application to semi-automatic segmentation for biomedical images. Particular focus will be given to segmentation of X-ray tomography images at micron scale and possibly lower.

The position is a fixed term contract for two years. The researcher will be located within the Computer Vision Lab at ETH and work closely with engineers and scientists from SDSC and PSI.

The candidate must have a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
